1. First put 500g of minced chicken in a bowl 

 

2.Then add 1 teaspoon of cumin, paprika, thyme powder, rosemary powder, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. 

3. We also add a tablespoon of flour 

4. And finally, a  teaspoon of lemon zest 

5. Mix the ingredients well

6. Divide the chicken mixture into portions 

7.Then fill it with a little cheddar and mozzarella 

8.Then cover with another layer of chicken mixture 

9. Put two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan

10. Fry it until done
